Leadership development is pivotal to the success of any business initiative. However, it’s not cheap. The corporation was challenged to grow from 0-2000 team members in under 2 years. With this growth came leadership challenges. With so many varied leadership styles, the company culture was changing into one which was unfavorable. Soon, the company began experiencing attrition, turnover, and an increase in HR related concerns.

Although GE spends approximately 1 billion dollars on leadership learning, the company could not afford to send its 200 leaders to the Crotonville Leadership campus in Ossining, NY. Instead, the Senior HR Leader decided to pull together a learning task force to curate a learning collection, based upon their experiences on the Crotonville campus.
